Baby Boom

I received such good news today! A good friend delivered a healthy baby girl this afternoon through Caesarian section. In roughly 3 months, another friend will be delivering twins! And three months after, another good friend is going to be delivering her third! We are short on baby boy crib bedding sets though since the first two pregnancies are girls already. Our group is in need of boys indeed!

We are going to be seriously trying to conceive (TTC) by next year or late this year – definitely. We are also praying for a healthy baby boy.

Baby Invitations

New babies are always a blessing to any family. This is why parties, showers and events are celebrated even before the baby is born. Baby Invitations are carefully planned for!

I have been in charge in countless baby showers to count. And I love how the soon to be mommy appreciate the gifts. They are truly a big help, no matter how well-off the parents are, believe me.

Sending Baby Announcement Cards, Thank You Cards

The arrival of a baby is such a proud moment in a parent’s life. It is but natural for a parent to shout it out to the world and inform as many people as he can. Thanks to technology, announcing the birth of a new baby is not that hard. Fathers can instantly send messages thru SMS once the baby comes out, send e-mails and even utilize social network sites such as Facebook and Twitter. But nothing beats a formal announcement like sending in a card with the picture of the baby and birthing details (date and time of birth, weight and height and of course, the name). It might seem like a daunting task especially for mothers who have too much in their plate in the first few weeks of having a baby so it is advised you pick out a design or pre-order cards before you give birth.

Baby cards

Better yet, let your husband handle the details on ordering baby cards. Baby announcements, Christmas cards, and other correspondence can be made far easier by ordering online from a reputable supplier that will provide matching baby announcements and pre-printed envelopes. The best time to send birth announcements is two to six weeks after the baby is born. But for photo birth announcements, it is normally sent out within the first two months after the baby is born. The time schedule for sending the baby announcements should be well thought of to keep everybody’s excitement at a maximum level. The online personalized baby shoppes help you achieve this at the most affordable price.

Babywearing: Is it good for your baby?

Most babies like to be carried a lot and it often shows because babies cry less when they are carried. Babywearing, as the name suggests, is the practice of wearing or carrying your baby. This practice has been observed in many cultures ever since and even with numerous strollers, carriages, and prams that are available, more and more parents are going back to the practice of wearing their baby. This is not surprising especially since babywearing has numerous benefits some of which are listed below.

  • Babies who are worn cry less.
  • Since babies who are worn cry less, they have more time to look, listen, observe, watch, and learn.
  • Babies who are worn are more organized.
  • Parents get to bond more with their baby.
  • Since they have more time to learn, babies who are worn become smarter too.
