Summer Activities
I want my kids to be involved in some kind of sport this summer. I came from a very sedentary family lifestyle and I would not want my kids to grow up with a similar lifestyle. At my age, I am obese and struggling to unlearn all the bad habits I have learned throughout my growing up years. I even succumbed to diet pills during my teenage years! Obviously I didn’t read a numia review then.
So I am hoping by being active in their youth they will avoid being like me when it comes to being obese!
Preparing for the Holidays
One of the things I have been doing to prepare for the holidays is working out – I do zumba for xbox 360 once a day, five days a week to keep my body strong in the upcoming busy-ness of the holiday season. Of course, losing some pounds would be better but I am doing this to keep my immune system strong since I can’t afford to get sick since we have a lot of activities – from Christmas Eve, Christmas Day until New Year’s!
